FAQ

  • How many vehicles do you have?
    We have 3 vehicles total! One 13-14 passenger party bus, one 22-23 passenger party bus, and one 22 person shuttle bus.
  • Can we add stops?
    Absolutely! We offer unlimited stops for no additional price. We will send a rental agreement one week prior to your booking and in that agreement you will be able to list all the stops needed. Any stops can be added. or changed during the ride, just inform the driver!
  • Is a deposit required?
    Yes! All bookings require a 50% deposit to reserve your date. All deposits are non refundable even if you cancel in advance.
  • Do you have a minimum hourly requirement?
    Yes! We require a minimum of 3 hours for all bookings except the shuttle bus.
  • Can you split the hours?
    Sure! We can split the hours as the 3 hour minimum is met for each part of the split. It would be a minimum of 6 hours total that would need to be booked in order to split the hours. You can select 2 different times and book them separately on the website.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    We require a 72 hour cancellation notice to get 50% refund. Any cancellations after the 72 hour period will be subject to the full amount.
  • Is gratuity including in the hourly cost?
    No! We do not include gratuity in the hourly cost so please tip your driver!
  • What areas do you all service?
    We service all nearby cities in East TN. For example: Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, Chattanooga, Athens, etc.
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
